NOTICE FROM ARZI
Notice is hereby given of a Council meeting of ARZI Australia and of any State
Constituent Bodies of ARZI for the purpose of winding up ARZI Australia and any
Constituent bodies within the meaning of the constitution of ARZI Australia and to
apply all assets of ARZI Australia and any Constituent body of ARZI to ARZA
(Australia) Inc. In addition the meeting will be asked to ratify the appointment of
any office® of ARZI Australia as the corresponding officer of ARZA (Australia),
where the context so permits.
The meeting will be held by means of a telephone conference at places in each
relevant state, with the place for meeting in Victoria at Unit 8, 50 Grant Street,
Malvern East at 8pm on Wednesday 13th October 2004 and in New South Wales
simultaneously at the Board room of Temple Emanuel Woollahra at 8pm.
