Hobart needs Rabbi's visit

Clyde Epstein says the only time a Rabbi conducts services is when a Rabbi visits. The upkeep of keeping care of the synagogue may become a burden for the congregation. There is hope for more migrants and that children will have regular Hebrew lessons.
