General Meeting Sunday 7 Septr 1845 The President in the Chair

The following Members of the Committee having gone out of office by rotation (subjected to re-election) (Messrs Isaac Solomon, P. Moss, P. Levy & D. Heckscher), the Committee and Officers were then proposed and following Members declared to be duly elected:

Louis Nathan Esq. President Judah Solomon Esq. Treasurer

Committee:
Remaining of old Committee:
Messrs Louis Nathan, David Moses, Isaac Friedman, Isaac Solomon & Robert Hart.

Re-elected:
Messrs Philip Levy & Phineas Moss.

Newly elected:
Mr. Abraham Reuben.

It was then resolved that the Accounts be laid before the Meeting, Audited as laid before the Committee by Messrs H. S. Benjamin & Edward Casper be duly passed by this Meeting.

It was unanimously resolved that Mrs Cohen appointment at the Sum of Six pounds Yearly to attend in the Ladies’ Gallery be confirmed.

The Thanks of the Meeting were then unanimously voted To Louis Nathan Esq., President
To Judah Solomon Esq., Treasurer

To Mr. P. Moss, Hony Secretary and
To the Committee
for the Services they have severally and jointly rendered to the Congregation during the past year.

The Thanks of the Meeting were voted to Messrs H. S. Benjamin and Edwd Casper for their trouble and attention in auditing the accounts.

The Chairman having left the Chair and Mr. David Moses being called thereto, it was resolved unanimously that Mr. Louis Nathan receive the ??? ??? thanks of the Meeting for his attention (&) kindness during the business of the Meeting.
