Sunday 31st January 1847 Adjourned General Meeting The President in the ChairThe Letter of Mr. Judah Solomon demanding the Sum of £350 money lent by him to the Congregation was laid before the Meeting.
It was resolved That the sum of Three hundred & fifty pounds be borrowed at the lowest rate on mortgage, of the Synagogue, to repay Mr. Judah Solomon his Loan.
It was resolved that the President with the Trustees be deputed to make the necessary arrangements for borrowing the amount on mortgage to be repaid to Mr. Judah Solomon, and that before such arrangements be finally completed, they be laid before the Committee.
The Secretary was requested to intimate to Mr. Solomon the resolution of the Meeting.
