Committee meeting Thursday 3rd November 5624=1863
The President in the Chair.
Present Mr Abraham Marks, Treasurer, Messrs Leo Susman, Mark Nathan, Lazarus Levy and B Vallentine.
Mr Henry Jones attended having (been) summoned to attended, was requested to retire for the present, when the President acquainted the meeting with the motive which had induced him to call the Committee together, which was the unfortunate circumstance that had occurred in Mr Jones’s house and the President wished to have the advice of the Committee what best could be done. After some desultory discussion Mr Jones was called up, and on the motion of Mr Marks the meeting was postponed to Sunday next, prior to a General Meeting to be holden on that day.
