Transcription
Meeting of the Committee on Thursday the 28th November 5628-1867.
President in the Chair.
Present Messrs Nathan, Davis, Solomon, L Levy and Secretary.
Minutes of last meeting were read and confirmed.

Secretary read letters he had written to Messrs Goldreich, Hoffnung and Montgomery in accordance with instructions, also an answer from Mr Hoffnung also a letter from H L Moses Esqr London to the President. A letter was then read from the Revd Mr Goldreich applying for leave to apply for a situation open in Ballarat and after discussion it was proposed by Mr Susman and seconded by Mr Nathan that a General Meeting of members be called for Sunday next to take this very important matter into
consideration. Carried.


The proporiety of preparing an address to H R H Prince Alfred on his arrival in this Colony was then taken into consideration, and after some discussion it was resolved that this matter be also left for a General Meeting to decide on.
Meeting then closed.
