Meeting Minutes, 4 September 1870

Transcription
General Meeting of Members on Sunday the 4th September 1870.President in the Chair.
Minutes of last meeting were read and confirmed.
The Hon Secretary laid the Balance Sheet for the past year, duly audited on the table, showing a balance of £19.7.10 to the credit of the Congregation. Resolved that the Balance Sheet be received.
Resolved that Mr Levy vacate the chair and that Mr Rheuben do take it.
Proposed, seconded and carried unanimously that Mr P Levy be re-elected President for the ensuing 12 months.
Resolved that Mr Jos Solomon be re-elected Treasurer for the same period.
Resolved that Mr Susman be re-elected Hon Secretary.
The following gentlemen were then elected to serve on the Committee for the ensuing 12 months: viz.
Mess rs Nathan,
A Rheuben,
I Hyams
and L Levy.
Mr Rheuben then vacated the Chair and had a vote of thanks accorded to him. The same was also voted to Mess rs A L Levy and Sol Rheuben for auditing the accounts.
Meeting then closed.
