Moved by S. Glasser seconded by P. Raphael that the amount of Pounds 100 be passed towards the repairing of the fence at the cemetery.

Harrington St Cemetery.

Moved by S. Glasser seconded by P. Raphael that the trustees of the synagogue apply to the supreme court through a solicitor that a grant of ownership be granted to the old Cemetery Harrington St on the understanding the trustee undertake to remove the remains to Cornelian Bay Cemetery.

Should the application be unsuccessful the perpetual trustees be instructed to apply for the control of the ground in order that the unused portion rent will pay for the upkeep of used portion carried

Miss Fall Estate

Moved by Mr. P Raphael seconded by S. Glasser that the correspondence from Inglis Cruikshank and Creasy be left in the hands of the President.

Moved by G. Benjamin seconded by S. Glasser that a suitable tablet be erected in the Synagogue on behalf of the late Miss Fall.

Investments moved by S. Glasser Seconded by P. Raphael that the Pounds 150 lapsed in the ESA Bank Aug be invested in the Hobart Saving Bank fixed deposit for twelve months.

Repairs to the Synagogue

Moved by D. Mendes that the repairs be done by day labour not seconded.

Moved by P. Raphael seconded by S. Glasser that tenders be called for the repairs to the Synagogue.                                                                                  Carried

Moved by S. Glasser Seconded by P. Raphael that tenders be called for painting the Synagogue                                                                                    Carried

Moved by S. Glasser Seconded by P. Raphael that tenders be called for new carpet.
