Minutes: Moved by M. Susman, seconded by M. Davis that the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 8 May 1932 be confirmed. Carried.
Moved by M. Davis Seconded by S. Glasser that the minutes of the committee meeting held Aug 28th 1933 be confirmed. Carried.
President’s Report. The President gave an outline of the past year’s work which showed an advancement.
Moved by M. Susman Seconded by M. Caro that the President’s report be adopted.
Moved by M. Caro Seconded M. Susman that this meeting, appreciate the good work done by D. Mendes in attending to the Synagogue.
Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer read the following Assets of the Hobart Hebrew

Carpeting: Tenders were received by M. Nathers and Son ₤72.16.0 or ₤82.19.2. Johnston and Miller ₤62.10.0, Brownell Bros ₤77.5.0, W Coogan M ₤86.14.0.

Moved by P. Mendes, Seconded by S. Glasser that the tender of I.W. Cuthbertson Co. for ₤56 be accepted carried.
Shingles under iron: Moved by I. Morris Seconded by J. Levy that the President be instructed to inquire as to how the Insurance stands concerning the shingles under iron at the
Synagogue.
Building Committee: Moved by J. Levy seconded by S. Glasser that a Committee consisting of the President A.G. Benjamin, H. Epstein, M. Davis, D. Mendes be appointed to supervise the work of repairing.
