The Minutes of a Committee Meeting held at the Secretary’s home 182 Liverpool Street, Hobart on 3 August, 1933

Present: A.G. Benjamin, M. Davis, I. Morris, M. Susman, S. Glasser M. Caro.

Minutes Moved by I. Morris Sec by M. Davis that the minutes be confirmed as read.

Correspondence: Moved by I. Morris Sec by M. Davis that the correspondence be received

Letters: Letters from Joe Glasser, Perpetual Trustees & national Council of Jewish Women
Australia.

Moved by M. Susman Sec by I. Morris that a Torah be loaned under the following conditions.
     1. For twelve months.
     2. It be returned on demand.
     3. That their be three guarantors as to its safety.

Moved by I. Morris Sec by M. Susman that the Secretary ascertain the Insurance on the Shul and where the Policy is and produce same at next meeting.

Moved by M Susman, seconded by M Caro that the President interview the contractor with regard to certain items in the account.

Moved by I Morris, seconded by M Davis that after adjusting the account, it be passed for payment.

Vote of thanks to the chair the meeting was declared closed.
