Meeting held on Dec. 6. 1943Minutes
1) Minutes of the meeting held on Oct. 6th we read and confirmed. Proposed by Mr Edwards
Seconded by Mr Pollak.
Repair Cemetery
2) Treasure read a letter which he sent to Mr Arthur Moore re: Repairs to Cemetery. Letter dated 12th Nov. 43
3) Mr Pollack moved and Mr Epstein seconded that Mr Moore’s a/c fee paid upon completion of his agreement and after the cemetery has been approved by Mr H Epstein, Mr. Edwards and Mr Jacob.
4) Mr Jacob moved and Mr Edwards seconded that Mr Moore’s a/c be paid out of funds in the Hobart Savings Bank a/c No 157106 and that specimen signatures of new president V. A.
Coronel and Treas. Mr H. Jacob be lodged with the Bank.
Arrival Rev. Ansbacher
5) Telegram received by Rev. Ansbacher saying that he would arrive by plane on Thursday 9th Dec.
6) Accounts received amounting to £54:1:-: owing to Mr Glasser where unanimously passed.
Mr Pollock move that above minutes be accepted, seconded by Mr Frank.
